I buy into this mindset big time!!! It's not about walking around in denial and muttering to oneself that "everything is good and nothing is bad". It is living very aware that the good and the bad are BOTH true... but your focus is a choice. Relentlessly seeking out the good and beautiful...then being intentionally grateful is powerful living. Gratitude is a life changer and far from being shallow, uninformed and naive.
